An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join a fast-growing regional housebuilder based in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. As part of an exciting period of growth, the business is establishing its own in-house architectural team, creating a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technician to play a key role in the delivery of residential developments from initial land acquisition through to project completion. Working on thoughtfully designed housing schemes of approximately units across Yorkshire, you'll gain exposure to every stage of the development process while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role Working as part of the newly formed architectural team, your responsibilities will include: Producing architectural drawings from land acquisition through to construction and completion.
