Key Responsibilities: Carry out full kitchen strip-outs, including removing units, tiles, flooring, and associated fixtures Install floor protection and maintain excellent dust control throughout works in occupied homes Receive and check kitchen deliveries to ensure all materials are present before installation Complete full kitchen installations, including units, worktops, plinths, splashbacks, and finishing items Replace skirting boards and fit new window boards where required Bond and fill walls Basic plumbing Prepare subfloors using latex on solid floors or 6mm ply on timber floors ready for flooring contractors Carry out general carpentry works, including doors, skirting, and day-to-day repairs across multiple sites when required Work closely with other trades to ensure programmes remain on schedule Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and health and safety at all times Requirements: Previous experience working as a Kitchen Fitter or Kitchen Installer Proven experience completing kitchen refurbishments and installations Competent carrying out kitchen rip-outs and installations within occupied properties Experience preparing subfloors for flooring contractors Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work to a high standard Flexible to undertake general carpentry works across different sites when required Based within, or able to travel across North Leicester, Derby and Nottingham.
