Preparing quantity take-offs, cost plans and pricing schedules from drawings and specifications. Procuring and evaluating subcontractor packages. Identifying commercial risks, pricing assumptions and value engineering opportunities. Working alongside Design, Sales and Project Management teams throughout the pre-construction process. Supporting project handovers and pricing additional scopes of work. About You Estimating experience within fit-out, refurbishment or furniture installation. Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload. Ideally 2-3 years' experience at Estimator level or ready to step up into a more autonomous role. They are now looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction team with the appointment of an experienced Landscape Estimator. The business works with a range of developers and main contractors, delivering complete external landscaping packages across both hard and soft landscaping. Their portfolio includes high-specification external works, irrigation, water features, lighting, street furniture, substantial tree planting and ongoing landscape maintenance. Based from their Burnham head office, this role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with two days per week required in the office. You will join a small, experienced estimating team and will have responsibility for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, with project values ranging from approximately £100k through to £10m. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Take ownership of allocated tenders, ensuring submissions are accurate, competitive and delivered on time. Review drawings, specifications and tender information to establish project requirements. Complete detailed measurements and take-offs from drawings.
