This Project Manager role offers a long-term freelance contract of over two years, providing stability and the chance to lead a high-profile development from inception through to completion. About the role of Project Manager As Project Manager , you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major new build scheme in Rayleigh. Working closely with the site team, commercial department, design consultants, and subcontractors, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
