Freelance Site Manager required for kitchen refurbishment contract across the Telford/Shrewsbury area which will initially be on a day rate basis to start with. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a kitchen refurbishment contract which you will be working in coordination with the TLO/RLO in order to manage scope of works to obtain access to occupied properties in accordance with programme. Main duties will be to manage subcontractors on a daily/weekly basis, ensure a high standard of Health & Safety is adhered to, quality and customer satisfaction. Programme of works will initially commence in and around the Telford area but will progress into Shrewsbury, due to nature of works prior/current experience doing kitchen refurbishment contracts will be essential along with holding current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates, company vehicle will be provided and is only on a CIS/Umbrella basis
