The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale social housing decarbonisation programme, overseeing works from pre-start through to completion. Projects will include energy efficiency improvements such as external wall insulation (EWI), loft insulation, window and door replacements, ventilation upgrades, air source heat pumps (ASHPs), solar PV installations and other retrofit measures. Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering planned works, decarbonisation, retrofit or refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. Experience managing works within occupied Housing Association properties. Good understanding of retrofit and energy efficiency programmes, including EWI, insulation, ventilation, windows, doors and renewable technologies.
