Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple projects Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures Monitor quality standards and project specifications Coordinate labour, materials, and site resources Complete site records, progress reports, and documentation Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Resolve site issues and maintain programme delivery Undertake carpentry and general multi-trade works as required Promote high standards of workmanship and customer service Requirements Essential Minimum 3 years' construction experience Previous supervisory or working foreman experience Strong carpentry background Full UK Driving Licence Own basic toolkit Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good communication and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Willingness to travel across the South East Desirable The following qualifications would be advantageous, although training can be provided: Thames Water Passport EUSR Accreditation First Aid Certification Package £40,000 - £50,000 salary , depending on experience Company van Fuel card Permanent position Long-term workload with secured contracts Ongoing training and development opportunities Monday to Friday working pattern Day shifts Location Field-based role covering projects across: London Kent Home Counties Oxfordshire Apply If you are an experienced Working Site Supervisor, Working Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Carpenter Supervisor looking for a secure, long-term opportunity with an established contractor, we would like to hear from you.
