Role Overview
An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee multiple passive fire protection projects valued at £2 4m from start to completion. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing all on-site activity across fire doors, fire stopping, and compartmentation works, supervising labour and subcontractors, and ensuring full compliance with fire regulations and British Standards. The role includes maintaining site records, reporting progress, managing budgets and profitability, and implementing QA processes such as PQPs and ITPs. You will also liaise with clients and internal teams in live environments, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement, value engineering, and strong health and safety standards.
