Senior Revit Technician

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Revit MEP Technician to join our growing Building Services team based in Cambridge city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the production and coordination of high-quality BIM and Revit MEP models, supporting multidisciplinary design teams from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) drawings and models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and other design disciplines.
• Attend project coordination and design meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Support engineers and project teams with technical detailing and design coordination.
• Carry out clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.
• Mentor and support junior technicians and assist in developing team capability.
• Manage workload priorities and deliver projects to agreed deadlines.
