Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to take responsibility for one of several upcoming schemes, which include: 6m commercial scheme - Hampshire 4.6m leisure scheme - Berkshire 7m industrial scheme - Berkshire / Oxford The projects will involve a mix of new build and refurbishment works, depending on the scheme, and will require someone confident managing the full delivery process from mobilisation through to completion. The Role As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a new build or refurbishment project from early stages through to completion. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, control the programme and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
