We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a project in Monk Fryston Substation , starting 17 August 2026 The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, coordinating a team of multi-skilled operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily works on site. Work effectively with a team of multi-skilled operatives. Coordinate works in line with the project programme and agreed deadlines. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and their daily activities. Allocate daily tasks and complete allocation sheets. Complete POWRA and all relevant site paperwork and documentation. Ensure works are carried out safely and to the required standards. Monitor progress and communicate any issues or delays to the site management team. Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality throughout the project. Liaise with site management, operatives and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery of the works. Essential Requirements Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor / Site Supervisor . SMSTS qualification. NVQ Level 3 minimum. Occupational Works Supervisor qualification. Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements. Experience supervising multi-skilled teams and subcontractors. Good organisational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate works effectively against a programme. Ability to complete site documentation, including allocation sheets, POWRA and relevant paperwork.
