Rate 25- 30ph (Must have own van Parking covered)

Company

Property maintenance specialists, carrying out Multi Trade works within the Hertfordshire area. Bathroom & Kitchen fitting must be biased in Carpentry or Plumbing. Ideal Multi Trade will be able to fit both Bathrooms & Kitchens, the client is open to someone biased in one.
Must have your own van you will be paid on a day rate with parking covered.
Arrive at the yard daily for 07:30 where you will be given your jobs for the day, once you have finished your jobs then you can finish whether that be 1pm or 5pm.

Down to earth friendly team environment, the client is a big advocate on team exercises whether that be for drinks, meals or activities.
Potential to go permanent where you will be given a company van with PAYE holiday.

Role

Multi Trade Carpentry, Plumbing, Wet trades, property maintenance
Bathroom installation

Must Have: 2+ years property maintenance experience ideally within a social housing background.

Own Van / cover fuel parking is paid for with potential for overtime (The client will top up your pay if you have travelled further than normal)

Package

25- 30ph

On-going work potential permanent contract where you will be given a work van with annual salary / holiday package.
