Experience At least 10 years FM experience as a senior manager, ideally with a global organisation from the Financial and Professional Services sector. A successful record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships and delivery financial business target. Experience of managing fully integrated FM including hard and soft services. Experience of managing direct reports in a relevant environment. Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels Proven account management experience, including full P&L responsibility. Aptitude Have a positive and proactive approach to work, able to work upon their own initiative and as part of a large account team. Willingness to provide on-call support out of hours and manage a 24x7 operational management capability with vendors. Self-motivated and goal-orientated with ability to prioritise own and other's workloads.
