Key Responsibilities : Managing all commercial aspects of projects from tender to final account Preparing cost plans, budgets, and feasibility assessments Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration Valuations, variations, and interim applications for payment Cost reporting and cash flow forecasting Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and margin targets Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project teams You will be : Experienced as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 4 years at Senior level Have experience working for a main contractor Strong knowledge of JCT contracts Proven experience managing projects independently Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred) RICS accreditation (desirable but not essential)
