Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering high quality repairs across social housing properties in the Ellesmere Port area.

If you re a Multi Skilled Plasterer who takes pride in doing a job properly, from start to finish, this is a role you ll be trusted to get on with providing steady and local work.

We re growing across our voids contracts and we re looking for an experienced Plasterer who can walk into a property, assess the work and get the job done!

Your Day to Day, What You ll Do as our Multi Skilled Plasterer

Site based role

• Working in void properties, getting them ready for new tenants
• Full house re-plastering
• Removing kitchens/ bathrooms, plastering and reinstating
• Supporting across plumbing or joinery when needed
• Diagnosing issues and planning work on site
• Moving between jobs or staying on larger projects until completion

What You ll Need as our Multi Skilled Plasterer

• Qualified and experienced Plasterer (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Experience in multi trade (ideally plumbing as a second skill)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
• Full UK driving license
• Someone who takes pride in doing a proper job
