About you You might already be working in construction, fit-outs, interiors, dry lining, shopfitting, flooring, carpentry, labouring or a similar hands-on trade and be looking for a new challenge. You enjoy practical work, take pride in doing a job properly and have a good eye for detail. You're someone who likes seeing the finished result at the end of a project and gets satisfaction from delivering high-quality work. You are reliable, organised and comfortable working on different sites and locations. Most projects are around the M25, with some work further afield that may occasionally involve staying away overnight. Most importantly, you are keen to learn a specialist trade and build a long-term career with a business that will invest in your development and training. Your Experience Previous vinyl, wall covering or acoustic panel installation experience is welcome, but it is not essential. We are interested in people who have experience working with their hands, using tools, following plans and working within construction or site-based environments. You may have worked as a Labourer, Improver, Dry Liner, Carpenter, Flooring Installer, Shopfitter, Interior Fit-Out Operative or in another construction-related role. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic are far more important than direct industry experience. What you'll be doing with your experience You will be trained to install vinyl graphics, wall coverings and acoustic panels within high-end commercial office environments. Working alongside experienced installers, you'll learn specialist installation techniques, site best practices and how to deliver exceptional finishes on client projects. As your experience grows, you'll take on greater responsibility, managing your own projects and eventually leading installations. Projects are varied and based across London and the South East, meaning no two weeks are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a specialist skillset within a growing sector and build a long-term career.
