We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Skilled Labourers with a valid CSCS card to join our team at a major, state-of-the-art distribution and fulfillment centre in Kettering area from Thursday 9th July. Key Responsibilities Material Handling: Safely moving, organizing, and distributing materials, equipment, and stock across the warehouse floor. Deliveries: Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles and ensuring items are stored correctly. Installation Support: Assisting site engineers and technicians with installation work as required. Tool Operation: Confidently and safely using a variety of hand and power tools to help with assembly, fitting, or minor site adjustments. Requirements Must hold a valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue). Proven experience working as a labourer, preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or construction environment. Confidence in using basic hand and power tools safely.

The Role Working within an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll take responsibility for the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion, ensuring schemes are coordinated, compliant and delivered to the highest standards. Projects typically range from large-scale developments valued in excess of £20 million, offering genuine technical variety and the opportunity to work alongside leading consultants and Tier 1 contractors. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of projects through RIBA Stages 4-7. Produce, coordinate and review detailed construction information. Develop practical, compliant and buildable technical solutions. Coordinate architectural information with structural, civil and MEP consultants. Review subcontractor and specialist supplier information. Resolve technical and construction-related issues throughout project delivery. Attend design team meetings, technical workshops and site visits. Carry out technical reviews and quality assurance checks. Mentor and support junior Architectural Technologists and Technicians. Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, Building Safety legislation and industry standards. Work across multiple projects while maintaining programme and quality objectives. Applicants should ideally possess: Minimum 5 years' post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist. Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology. Strong experience delivering projects through the technical stages of design. Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge. Advanced Revit skills (essential). Experience working within BIM environments and Common Data Environments (CDEs). Knowledge of NBS Chorus would be advantageous. Strong communication and coordination skills with experience working alongside consultants and contractors. Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor less experienced team members. Electrical Shift Lead Critical Infrastructure Data Centre Location: Canary Wharf, London Salary: 58,000 per annum + OT + Benefits Shift Pattern: Continental days and nights The Role As the Shift Lead, you are the technical authority on the ground. You'll manage a small team of technicians, ensuring that all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are executed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: HV Switching: Act as the HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) on-site, managing switching schedules and issuing permits to work. Incident Management: Lead the first-line response to any critical plant failure (UPS, Generators, LV/HV Distribution). Team Leadership: Supervise sub-contractors and junior engineers, ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety and MOPs/EOPs. Load Management: Monitor building management systems (BMS) and electrical monitoring systems (EPMS) to manage power redundancy. This Civil / Structural Engineer position will support the delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, transmission and distribution infrastructure, solar developments and wider energy projects. The successful Civil / Structural Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical and innovative engineering solutions. The Civil / Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing civil and structural elements including foundations, steel structures, earthworks, access roads, cable routes and site infrastructure while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
