Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Own van and tools preferred. Full UK Driving Licence. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working within social housing, voids or property refurbishment environments is desirable. Materials & Expenses Materials will be supplied via company accounts with major suppliers including Howdens, Screwfix and other merchants. Travel/mileage contributions may be discussed depending on project location and requirements. Contractors will not be expected to purchase materials using their own funds. Interview Process Initial telephone interview. Follow-up site meeting with the Operations Team. What's on Offer Long-term contract opportunity. Rate: Competitive day rate (DOE and experience). Applicants must have relevant trade experience and be able to demonstrate a strong all-round maintenance and refurbishment skillset. DBS maybe be checked so any convictions must be disclosed on registration and own vehicleis required. this is a self-employed role so you will be paid through an umbrella on a day rate.
