The role involves travelling to residential properties across the South West of England carrying out:
- Mould treatments
- Painting and decorating
- Minor repairs linked to condensation and damp issues
- Painting & decorating background preferred
- Experience in general property maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable travelling and working in occupied homes
This role would suit someone with a strong painting and decorating background who takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
