Semi-Skilled Landscaper / Landscaper

Are you a Semi-Skilled Landscaper / Landscaper with experience in paving, fencing, and general landscaping / hard landscaping, who enjoys working on high-end residential projects A growing and well-established landscaping company near Liphook is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Semi-Skilled Landscaper to join their hard landscaping team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a to work on a variety of premium domestic and residential landscaping projects across Surrey and Hampshire. Projects are typically located within an hour to an hour and a half of Liphook, and a company van is supplied for work travel, or travel provided.

Working alongside experienced landscapers, the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of high-quality outdoor spaces while developing their skills within a supportive team environment, must live within the Liphook arere, full driving license, provide 2 x source of references. Salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities

• Install paving, fencing, and hard landscaping features
• Carry out garden maintenance and general landscaping duties
• Assist with groundwork and site preparation
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely
• Maintain high standards of workmanship on all projects
• Communicate professionally with high-end residential clients
• Work effectively as part of a landscaping team
• Travel to sites across Surrey and Hampshire
• Power tool operation

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in hard landscaping
• Knowledge of paving, fencing, and garden maintenance
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to commute to the yard near Liphook
• CSCS Card preferred
• DBS check preferred
• Provide 2 x sources of references
