We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Site Supervisor to oversee void/ Repair property refurbishments within the social housing sector in Swindon.
Requirements:
- Previous voids/refurbishment supervision experience
- SSSTS essential
- Valid DBS check
- Asbestos Awareness
- Working at Height
- Manual Handling
- Full UK driving licence
Duties Include:
- Managing void refurbishments from inspection to handover
- Coordinating operatives and subcontractors
- Monitoring quality, progress, and H&S compliance
- Completing inspections, reports, and toolbox talks
