Job Description

We are working with a highly respected fit out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects for high-profile clients across the UK.

Due to continued organic growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join the team on projects typically valued up to 10 million.

This is a long term opportunity with a business known for its collaborative culture, quality delivery, and strong relationships with both clients and supply chain partners.

The role will suit a driven Site Manager with a strong background in fast paced commercial fit out projects and a proactive approach to programme management, logistics, and health & safety.



Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to handover
  • Driving programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong site productivity
  • Managing site logistics within challenging live and occupied environments
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, and quality
  • Identifying and mitigating key project risks
  • Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with project teams and clients
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and client expectations


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishment
  • Track record delivering projects up to 10m
  • Strong understanding of programme management and sequencing
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
  • Ability to manage logistics and multiple subcontract trades effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
