Plumber / Bathroom Fitter Salary: 34,345 - 37,238 per annum Package Company van Fuel card Tool allowance Uniform & PPE iPhone & iPad 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service up to 30 days) Option to buy or sell annual leave 3 wellbeing days 2 paid volunteering days Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay Matched pension contribution up to 12% Life assurance (4x salary) Overtime and call-out opportunities available About the Role We are looking for an experienced Plumber / Bathroom Fitter to join a busy property maintenance team, carrying out bathroom installations within occupied residential properties. A company van and fuel card are provided as the role involves travelling between customer homes. Key Responsibilities Remove and install complete bathroom suites. Fit baths, basins, toilets, showers, shower trays and wet room formers. Complete associated wall and floor tiling. Carry out carpentry works including: Pipe boxing Bath frameworks Replacing timber and chipboard flooring Ply boarding floors Deliver work safely and to a high standard within occupied homes. Provide excellent customer service. Essential Experience NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) or at least 5 years' plumbing experience. Strong bathroom fitting experience. Competent in tiling. Good carpentry skills. Experience working in occupied properties. Strong understanding of Health & Safety. Able to use mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs. Full UK driving licence with at least one year's driving experience. CSCS card desirable. Working Hours Full-time 40 hours per week Overtime and call-out available to increase earnings Interested?
