The practice are actively seeking an experienced, job running Architectural Technologist to join their head office in Leicester, East Midlands.

• AJ100 listed practice, with offices based throughout the UK and internationally.
• Company wide the sectors worked in are varied, with this role in the Leicester office focusing on Industrial & Logistics sector work.
• BIM and Revit software is used throughout the company.

What they are seeking in an Architectural Technologist:

• UK recognised qualifications at degree level or equivalent.
• Approximately 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice environment.
• Full proficiency in the use of Revit software.
• Experience of working in various sectors, but with Industiral/Logistics projects being of most interest.
• Job running experience is a must for this role
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, alongside experience of planning application drawings and feasibility proposals.

Aside from an attractive salary in the region of £38,000-£44,000 per annum (dependant on experience), the practice hold incentive based reviews 3 times a year, with salary increments added depending on performance, along with various other benefits including hybrid working.
