Key Responsibilities: Carry out quality control testing on raw materials and finished products. Maintain accurate laboratory records and quality documentation. Support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Assist with R&D projects, production trials and new product testing. Prepare technical reports and maintain product specifications. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
