Projects can be in Oxfordshire,Greater London, Bucks, Berks, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Warwickshire & Northants As a Site Manager you will be setting up each site , planning day to day works, managing specialist subcontractors and dealing with client representatives . The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience of working on Commercial Office Construction & Fit Out Projects The candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing construction sites and must be able to read & interpret construction drawings. They will be willing to travel & must have a valid CSCS Card or SMSTS card. In return the candidate with a basic of 55k- 65k + company car , Pension, Medical 25 days holiday and an annual bonus up to 12% They will also benefit from excellent longer term career progression opportunities.
