Experience & Requirements Applicants must have: Proven experience as a Domestic Groundworker, Landscaper or similar within reactive maintenance, property maintenance or social housing. Strong experience carrying out domestic external works including paving, slabs, patios, concrete repairs and fencing. Experience preparing, levelling and reinstating ground areas. Experience working within occupied residential properties. Basic experience with drainage and minor brickwork/masonry repairs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively. Full UK manual driving licence (no automatic vans available). What's On Offer 50,000 basic salary. Company van and fuel card.
