Minimum requirements for Coating Supervisor Previous experience as a Coating Supervisor, Painting Supervisor or Abrasive Blasting Supervisor within industrial services. Strong knowledge of industrial painting, abrasive blasting, surface preparation, protective coating systems and coating specifications. Experience supervising teams within the marine, defence, industrial or infrastructure sectors, with a good understanding of HSEQ requirements and quality standards.
