Our client, a well-established professional services organisation, is seeking a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to support its property team in High Wycombe . This is a full-time, office-based role offering full training, long-term career development and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within commercial property work. This position would suit a motivated and organised individual with a genuine interest in conveyancing and property law. Previous conveyancing experience would be beneficial, although applications are also welcomed from graduates or candidates looking to develop their legal career within a supportive professional environment. The role is full-time and office-based in High Wycombe. Key duties: Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners on commercial conveyancing matters. Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents, correspondence and transaction paperwork. Liaising with clients, solicitors and third parties to help progress property transactions efficiently. Assisting with post-completion tasks, including Land Registry applications and related documentation. Maintaining accurate records, managing files and supporting the wider team with day-to-day conveyancing tasks. Working to deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key skills and experience: Previous conveyancing experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Suitable for a university graduate or someone with a strong interest in developing a legal career. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, professional and willing to learn.
