Duties and responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing and mechanical systems Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently across a busy static site Maintain pipework, fixtures, plant rooms, and associated mechanical equipment Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption to operations Complete all work in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs Accurately update job reports and maintenance records Liaise with on-site teams, subcontractors, and management where required Ensure all work is carried out within a secure environment in accordance with site procedures Support wider maintenance tasks where required (multi-skilled duties) You may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by your line manager/ project manager/ site manager.
