Labourer
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Hours: Full-time (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm)
Term: Temporary (initial 3 months)
Salary: £13.58 per hour


We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support void property works and repairs across domestic housing. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive maintenance team, working on properties across Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespeople with void property refurbishments and repair works
  • Support roofing teams with general roofing repairs and maintenance
  • Clear, prepare and maintain properties and work areas
  • Move materials, tools, and equipment safely around site
  • Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and ready for occupation
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Candidate Profile
  • Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a manual, outdoor environment
  • Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Physically fit and capable of completing manual tasks

Essential Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
  • Previous experience within construction or labouring (essential)
  • Due to face fit requirements, candidates must be clean shaven
