Manage interfaces between civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines. Liaise with the client, consultants and specialist contractors. Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental performance. Carry out quality inspections and ensure defects and non-conformances are addressed. Assist with testing, completion, commissioning and handover. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience managing construction projects. Strong civil engineering and infrastructure experience. Experience with groundworks, drainage, utilities and substructures. Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project cost control. Strong programme and project management skills. Experience managing change, risk and technical issues. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
