Supervisor / Site Manager - Bedfordshire - Housing

I am currently recruiting for a supervisor / small works manager for a main contractor based in Bedfordshire to work on multiple small council works for existing properties within the Bedford area on an ongoing contract. projects ranging from 5k up to 50k with works being new Kitchen & Bathrooms, Re Plastering, New electrical and external refurbishment works.

Key duties will be -

• Manage multiple small works housing projects simultaneously from scope of works through to completion and handover
• Plan, programme, and coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Liaise with residents
• Work closely with the Council surveyors
• Carry out site visits, progress reviews, and snagging inspections

The suitable candidate will have ideally worked within the housing and refurbishment sector.
