Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager within social housing, residential, or public sector planned maintenance. Trade Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of domestic plumbing/heating, carpentry, and window installations. Management Skills: Confident in managing external subcontractors, handling disputes, and keeping programs on track. Certifications: Valid UK Driving Licence (Essential). SSSTS or SMSTS (Highly Desirable). CSCS Card (Desirable).
