Monitor progress and assist with programme delivery. Produce and maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and quality documentation. Undertake materials take-offs and support procurement activities. Assist with planning daily and weekly works programmes. Support the preparation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Work Package Plans and associated project documentation. Contribute to risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to specification. Provide guidance and support to junior engineers where appropriate. Candidate Requirements Qualifications Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Experience Previous experience working as a Site Engineer or Senior Site Engineer within civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong setting out and surveying experience. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical information. Experience maintaining dimensional control on construction projects. Experience supervising labour, subcontractors, plant and materials on site. Strong record-keeping and quality assurance experience. Experience producing and managing site documentation including ITPs, quality records and work package plans. Good understanding of construction methodologies and site operations.
