Responsibilities: Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault finding within occupied social housing properties Fault finding, testing, and remedial works Consumer unit replacements, rewires, lighting upgrades, and general electrical repairs Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and health & safety standards Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and clients Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted Requirements: Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services - Electrical Installation (Building and Structures) or equivalent 18th Edition 2391 (preferred) AM2 (preferred) Proven experience as an Electrician within the social housing sector is essential Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer: £38,500 - £40,500 base salary Permanent contract Company van and fuel card provided 29 days Annual Leave Immediate start available Long-term opportunity with consistent work Take the next step in your electrical career with a company that values your expertise and offers genuine long-term opportunities.
