Oversee installation of: HVAC Systems Chilled Water Systems CRAH & CRAC Units Ventilation Systems Mechanical Pipework Cooling Infrastructure Public Health Services BMS Interfaces Monitor site productivity, progress and resource allocation. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications. Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. Manage construction sequencing and coordination with electrical and CSA teams. Attend and lead site coordination meetings. Support commissioning activities and integrated systems testing. Identify programme risks and implement corrective actions where required. Produce regular progress updates for project leadership teams. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager within an M&E contractor environment. Previous data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or highly technical project experience. Strong understanding of HVAC, chilled water and critical cooling systems. Excellent site management and subcontractor coordination skills. Strong awareness of quality assurance and commissioning requirements. Ability to manage multiple work fronts within live construction environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Qualifications SMSTS. CSCS Black Card or Gold Card. Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent). First Aid at Work. IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable). What's on Offer 75,000 - 90,000 basic salary. Car allowance.
