Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction detailing. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and hit the ground running. Excellent communication skills and seamless collaboration with existing studio teams. Must have your own software setup/hardware if working fully remotely (or capability to work via client-provided hardware/BIM 360/Acc. where required). Preferred Experience Experience across Residential, Commercial, Education, or Heritage sectors. Familiarity with BIM workflows and ISO 19650 standards is a plus.
