Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and residential construction methods. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. Proactive, professional, and quality-focused approach. Essential Qualifications SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Full UK Driving Licence Desirable NHBC awareness and experience. Timber frame and traditional build experience.
