This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with around 2 3 years post-degree experience who is looking to develop within civil engineering, marine infrastructure and heavy civils. The company delivers a varied range of technically interesting projects across the UK, including quay works, jetties, harbours, sea walls, reinforced concrete structures, piling, coastal works, flood defence and wider infrastructure schemes. The role will be primarily office-based in Gateshead, with occasional site visits as required. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of live civil engineering projects, working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, site teams, supply chain and clients. Strong Excel skills, good general IT ability, strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams, clients and the supply chain.
