Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing project based in Leeds, with strong potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

The Role

The client is looking for a Site Manager with a strong administrative and reporting background who is confident managing paperwork, site documentation, and reporting duties alongside day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily site operations
  • Completing site paperwork and reports
  • Managing health & safety documentation
  • Liaising with subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate site records and administration

Requirements

  • Valid SMSTS
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Previous experience working as a Site Manager
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident with reporting and paper-based site management duties
