Job Title: Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reactive maintenance and refurbishment works within domestic and social housing properties.
Main Responsibilities
- Reactive plumbing repairs
- Bathroom and kitchen works
- Leak detection and repairs
- Tiling, painting and decorating
- Carpentry and basic plastering
- General multi-trade maintenance
- Working within occupied properties
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience
- Experience in domestic or social housing maintenance
- Skilled in tiling, painting, carpentry and general repairs
- NVQ Plumbing desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Good communication and customer service skills
