Tenancy Progressor Manchester City Centre
Monday to Friday 9am 5pm No Weekends
£25,000 £27,000 + Bonus + Commission (Circa £35k OTE)
A fast-growing, modern lettings and property management business is looking for an organised and detail-focused Tenancy Progressor to join their Manchester city centre team.
The Role
- Managing the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Coordinating referencing, compliance checks and tenancy documentation
- Working closely with lettings, finance and property management teams
- Ensuring smooth, compliant and on-time move-ins
What We re Looking For
- Experience in tenancy progression, lettings administration or residential property
- Good understanding of UK lettings compliance
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can manage multiple tenancies at once
