Key Responsibilities: Carry out full kitchen strip-outs, including removing units, tiles, flooring, and associated fixtures Install floor protection and maintain excellent dust control throughout works in empty homes Receive and check kitchen deliveries to ensure all materials are present before installation Complete full kitchen installations, including units, worktops, plinths, splashbacks, and finishing items Replace skirting boards and fit new window boards where required Prepare subfloors using latex on solid floors or 6mm ply on timber floors ready for flooring contractors Carry out general carpentry works, including doors, skirting, and day-to-day repairs across multiple sites when required Work closely with other trades to ensure programmes remain on schedule Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping, and health and safety at all times Requirements: Previous experience working as a Kitchen Fitter or Kitchen Installer Proven experience completing kitchen refurbishments and installations Competent carrying out kitchen rip-outs and installations within occupied properties Experience preparing subfloors for flooring contractors Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work to a high standard Flexible to undertake general carpentry works across different sites when required Full UK driving licence Based within, or able to travel across, Northampton and Milton Keynes Health & safety conscious with the ability to complete relevant compliance requirements, including manual handling, asbestos awareness, and face-fit/RPE requirements where applicable Benefits: 22 per hour Weekly pay (CIS paymenst available) Materials delivered to site 40 hours per week Local, long term work Consistent pipeline of work with the potential for long-term or permanent opportunities If you're interested in this Kitchen Fitter role, please apply online or call Alex on (phone number removed)
