Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience operating an asphalt batching plant or working within a quarry/heavy industrial environment Good understanding of asphalt mix designs, material properties and quality control standards Ability to use computerised batching control systems and interpret production specifications. Basic mechanical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
