Key Responsibilities Site Logistics Management Develop and implement the project's logistics strategy and logistics plan. Manage plant and equipment allocation across the project. Work closely with procurement and site teams to ensure resources are available when required. Ensure pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained at all times. Team Management Manage logistics operatives, traffic marshals, gatemen, and labour resources. Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance. Ensure adequate site coverage for deliveries, access control, and logistics support. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle movements, incidents, and site logistics activities. Produce logistics reports and KPI data. Monitor logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Construction Logistics Manager on construction or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of construction site operations and logistics planning. Knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety legislation. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
