A UK-leading property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director of Cost to strengthen their expanding Cost Management team in Soho, London. This is a significant appointment for an ambitious Associate Director of Cost who wants to take on greater leadership responsibility within a well-established multidisciplinary property business investing heavily in the growth of its professional services offering. Working closely with the Cost Management Director, the successful Associate Director of Cost will lead professional Quantity Surveying commissions while acting as a senior point of contact for key clients.
