Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Kennet Solutions are supporting a leading tier 1 Contractor in their search for 2 Quantity Surveyors.

These opportunities will involve supporting on a 65m Utilities framework in the North-West of the UK, based in Preston.

They are seeking candidates with:

• Civils/Infrastructure experience
• Knowledge of CEMAR
• Experience in managing subcontractors and AFP's

These roles are inside IR35, offering day rates up to 400 per day.

This is long-term work, minimum 6-12 months duration
