The Estimator Role Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing procurement activities, and assisting with the commercial delivery of a variety of building and refurbishment projects. The position is primarily office-based in Rochdale. While the role is not currently hybrid, there may be flexibility for hybrid working in the future for the right individual once established within the business.
