Carry out statutory compliance checks and safety routines, including (but not limited to) weekly fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, water temperature monitoring, fire door inspections, and void property flushing. Looking for someone who is an experience Carpenter/Joiner with a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery that lives close to Liverpool and has their own vehicle. You will be working on Void properties (mainly), ideally someone who has multi-trade experience too, My client requires skilled and professional multi trade operatives to assist with responsible for delivering a high quality and cost-effective property repairs and refurbishments, estate services, gas servicing and installation and maintenance service across the UK to both internal and external clients. Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in accordance with contract and service specifications. Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed.
