Accountable for the monitoring of productivity on all works. Accountable for the creation and management of a high performing workforce within the discipline. Accountable for the timely delivery of key HR activities within the team including annual salary and bonus reviews, appraisals, talent and succession planning etc Support in the creation and design of development programmes and employee upskilling activities Ensure that own and direct reports mandatory e-learning modules and policy updates have been completed as and when required. Manage any recruitment requirements Use the HR system to manage employee records and absences. Have an in depth understanding of all information security projects, policies and procedures. Oversees and ensures that direct reports receive governance training on all information security policies and procedures. Ensures that any update in information security policies and procedures are communicated to direct reports.
