About You Previous supervisory experience within construction supplies, builders merchants, trade, distribution or a similar environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Willingness to learn Organised, proactive and commercially aware. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy branch environment. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
